How to Use Your Discount Plan
It's easy to use your discount plan. Once you have joined the plan and received your membership kit, simply follow these directions and start using your membership card today! (Some discounts will have specific directions on how to use. Please review your membership kit for details.)
1. Join
Purchase the Plan. Your official membership kit will arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 business days.
2. Find a provider
Locate a participating provider here or by calling (877) 570-4845, any time between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., ET and we can help find a provider in the network that accepts your plan.
3. Save
At the time of service, show your member ID card and receive a discount off the regular-priced fee. It's that easy.
