Strategic Account Specialist


The Strategic Account Specialist's primary functions are to build strong personal relationships with key contacts, increase client revenue, and provide ongoing support training to our Group Practice clients.

This position will fall under the Strategic Markets and Launch Loyalty Divisions. This will be 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong personal relationships with clients to help ensure client satisfaction, increase revenue for the client, and provide ongoing support training to our Group Practice clients.
  • Relationship targets include all key decision makers such as CEO, CMO, COO, CIO, CFO, other corporate and division leaders, as appropriate.
  • Partners with assigned clients to understand their business needs, challenges, strategies, and priorities to deliver valuable solutions.
  • Effectively influences clients to diffuse potential problems.
  • Develops strategic initiatives to grow/retain the revenue stream of most complex accounts/projects.
  • Works cohesively with the sales person by leveraging industry knowledge/applications and consultative skills to aid in devising direct sales plans/strategies.
  • Travel - domestically to help train, maintain relationships, and assist in sales presentations.

  • Proven client-facing work experience, or a strong desire and drive to work in a client-facing role
  • Interest in working as part of a sales driven environment
  • Customer service experience; service-oriented attitude with proven follow-up skills
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Solutions driven individual
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Organized, self-starter, who can work autonomously without being micromanaged
  • Positive team player
  • Ability to travel
