IS Fulfillment Coordinator


The IS Fulfillment Coordinators primary responsibilities are to create fulfillment materials utilizing Objectif Lune Planet Press software for distribution to external clients. Close coordination with the Implementation Team and Fulfillment Printing department is required to ensure accurate materials are prepared for printing to meet stringent deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create production fulfillment design materials - i.e. 8.5 x 11 letter, 5.5 x 8.5 booklet, colors, images, text styles
  • Close coordination with the Fulfillment print team on daily production and troubleshoot material printing issues
  • Meet with the Implementation and Project Management Team to determine the scope of a project to meet stringent deadlines
  • Respond quickly to Client Relations regarding Client issues/inquiries
  • Capable of prioritizing work activities and escalating issues in a timely manner

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Fundamental network knowledge required.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently and/or with users and management.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a deadline driven environment with changing priorities
  • Strong communication skills required, both oral and written
  • Strong organization and problem solving skills; must be task oriented and able to track and manage critical day to day tasks
  • Pro-active and detail oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
  • Customer oriented attitude and a Team player, willing to assist others where necessary
  • Ability to quickly adapt and willing to learn new technologies

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience; official certifications a plus.
  • Close working knowledge of Objectif Lune Planet Press software (PressTalk scripting language) a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Knowledge of Windows OS Servers and desktop hardware
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of at least one object orientated programming language
