The Careington Dental Network includes both PPO and fee-for-service (POS) plans that feature three different reimbursement levels, providing you with five different plan options. You can participate in as many plans as you want — the choice is yours.
Care Platinum Series PPO Plan

Care Platinum Series POS Plan
- Fees are flexible and based on your customary office fees
- Patient pays balance in full at time of service
Care Series PPO Plan
- Your office files claim for payment
- Lab fees not subject to discount, patient responsible for all lab fees
Care Series POS Plan
- Patient pays balance in full at time of service
- Lab fees not subject to discount, patient responsible for all lab fees
Care 500 Series POS Plan
- Patient pays balance in full at time of service

Careington ensures that its provider networks are comprised of dentists who are at the top of their profession. All participating dentists contract directly with Careington and are required to conform to our ongoing credentialing and quality assurance guidelines.
