Careington International Corporation is currently looking to fill the position of Operation & Client Support Specialist for its international affiliate company, Munroe Sutton. Munroe Sutton designs membership plans that improve the affordability and access to quality dental and wellness programs in the United Kingdom. Additionally, Munroe Sutton maintains its proprietary dental networks and partners with other compatible products like optical and physio networks in the UK.

This position is a work from home opportunity and early morning shift (2:00am - 11:00am). The individual will be reporting to the AVP of Network Recruiting and ultimately the Vice President of Network Operations for Careington. The individual accepting this position should be living within the DFW area and willing to work Monday through Friday from 2:00am until 11:00am in order to support the daily needs of business within the United Kingdom. This candidate will be instrumental in all facets of the growth and development of the international business under the Munroe Sutton umbrella. While the focus will be sales, this person will be expected to assume administrative functions as well.

This position offers the opportunity to work with high level executives and learn a great deal about the health model in the United Kingdom, while pioneering new and innovative products in the UK market.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between members, providers, and groups
  • Sales process by scheduling appointments with potential customers including brokers, employer groups, insurers and other distribution channels
  • Make initial sales presentation
  • Recruit additional dentists to the discount and PPO dental networks Munroe Sutton maintains
  • Work with senior leadership within the Careington companies to close sales opportunities and build recruitment strategies
  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services
  • Assist with operational side of the business by answering incoming customer service telephone calls
  • Act as liaison between members, providers, and clients
  • Handle a small amount of complaint and grievances from dentists and clients
  • Educate dental practices on plan administration, plan participation and other facets of the Munroe Sutton products and networks
  • Build strong relationships with the active dentists in the network
  • Reprice dental claims for the direct reimbursement network (similar to a US PPO dental insurance plan)
  • Performs additional duties as required and assigned, including but not limited to special projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

  • Comfortable with speaking to the head of an organization or dental office
  • Demonstrate a professional and helpful phone manner and the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Have a strong desire to meet the department’s overall goals; team player
  • Impeccable communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A good understanding of quality customer service principles
  • Must have problem solving and analytical thinking skills that will aid in making sound resolutions to provider/member inquiries, effectively and efficiently
  • Any of these is a plus:
    • International experience
    • Account development, cold calling, opportunity qualification, and pre-call planning
    • Marketing, Sales, Public Relations or related business development role
    • Work with dental offices or insurance companies

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
  • Better than average computer skills and experience with MS applications - Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Suitable at home work environment with strong internet connection
