Does it cost anything to join?

No, there is no cost to join!

Do I use a fee schedule?

General dentists in our network follow an assigned fee schedule. Contact a recruiter today to obtain a copy of the assigned fee schedules for your area. Specialists do not utilize a fee schedule; they will provide an assigned discount percentage rate.

Do I have to participate in all plans?

No, you can choose to participate in the plans that best fit your practice. However, the more plans you participate in, the more members you will have access to.

How long does the credentialing process take?

Under normal circumstances, our in-house Credentialing Department can complete the credentialing process within 14 business days. Once completed, you will be notified in writing of the Credentialing Committee's decision.

How often does Careington re-credential?

Careington re-credentials all in-network dentists every three years.

How do I submit a re-credentialing application?

How do I verify PPO eligibility and benefits?

Please refer to the patient's membership card and contact the number on the back of their card.

Who do I contact if I have questions related to a claims payment by one of Careington's Third Party Administrators (TPAs)?

Please use the claims phone number on the member's membership card if you have any questions related to how a claim is paid. The TPA will be able to analyze the claims payment in detail for you, since a patient's benefits may be involved.

Where can I view my current fee schedules, effective date and change of information forms?

Does it cost anything to join?

No, there is no cost to join!

I do not participate in discount plans. Why should I consider it now?

With an in-house discount plan administered by Careington International Corporation, you can increase your treatment revenue and patient volume and loyalty.

We have our own in-house discount plans. Why should we join your discount plan?

There is no competition with your in-house discount plan because we have over 3,000 resellers selling our plans at a local and national level. We do not convert your patients to our plans. This would give your practice exposure to more patients!

How will patients know I participate with Careington?

Your dental office will be marketed through dentist searches on our website, our client partners' websites and printed dentist directories for members who are inquiring.
