Enrollment Site

We've carefully crafted self-service websites that allow your patients to instantly enroll online from their computer, tablet or mobile device. Once you have signed up for the Patient Loyalty Program, we will provide you with a unique link that will track enrollments and allow your office to easily enroll patients. The websites also contain valuable information about the plan and the products included.

Customer Service

Our onsite, multi-lingual call center is dedicated to providing best-in-class customer service, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT at (800) 290-0523. This team can assist your patients with presale questions, enrollment, plan information, billing inquiries, account updates and more.

What is the Patient Loyalty Program?

The Patient Loyalty Program allows your staff to instantly sign up uninsured patients on the Careington discount plans that your office already accepts. Loyalty programs have been shown to increase uninsured treatment plan acceptance and patient loyalty.

How much does this cost the practice?

Participating Careington providers have exclusive access to the Patient Loyalty Program free of charge.

Does the office have to be a licensed insurance agent?

The products available under the Patient Loyalty Program are discount plans, not insurance. No licensing is required. Careington offers our clients the full support and expertise of our Compliance Department to ensure all aspects of the plan meet all regulatory guidelines.

How do we sign up a patient?

Patients can be enrolled instantly in the office by using your customized enrollment website. Patients can also enroll via brochures that will be mailed to the office, online or over the phone with a Careington member service representative.

When can the patient use the plan?

Patients that enroll for the program can access the savings immediately.

How much does the patient pay for the plan?

Patient plans start as low as $8.95 per month for an individual and $16.95 for a family. There is a one-time, non-refundable processing fee of $20.00.

Are there any additional products available with the dental discount plan?

Our carefully designed plan includes discounts on Vision, Rx and LASIK.

How much commission is paid to the office?

Patient Loyalty providers will receive $15.00 for each enrollment PLUS 20% of the patient's monthly or annual membership fee for as long as they continue on the plan.

How is commission paid to the office?

Commission is paid directly to the practice through ACH direct deposit or by check.

What if the patient has questions about billing or the products available under the plan?

Patients can call (800) 290-0523 Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT to reach a representative. This team can assist your patients with presale questions, enrollment, plan information, billing inquiries, account updates and more.

Can we offer this to all patients?

All patients can sign up for the discount plan. Discount plans work best for under or uninsured patients.
