Network Reporting Specialist


The primary responsibility of the Network Reporting Specialist is to assist in measuring provider network growth, manage client driven requests, develop department efficiencies, and supporting the various projects and day to day operational needs of the department.

  • Assist in measuring the growth and development of Careington owned dental networks.
  • Data disruption and analysis.
  • Create, implement and maintain Careington fee schedules.
  • Run internal reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Process requests submitted by clients and other departments.
  • Coordinate responses for RFP's Requests for Proposal.
  • Create and maintain department process and procedure documents.
  • Administer fax and e-mail blast communication and education campaigns.
  • To become knowledgeable within Careington's proprietary system, in order to update data and communicate all needed changes.
  • Performs additional duties as required and assigned, including but not limited to special projects as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Exhibit a professional manner and build strong team/customer relationships.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, be dependable, and work both independently, with little supervision and/or with others when appropriate.
  • Impeccable communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Very detail oriented with the ability to manage their time effectively.
  • Must have aptitude for problem solving, project management, and analytical thinking.
  • Should be self-motivated, deadline driven, and have the initiative to identify needs and offer solutions.
  • Desire and ability to take on varying projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Must be able to accurately retain and apply information that has been learned.

Education, Experience & Software

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred.
  • Must have above average skills in Excel, with knowledge of compound formulas. This is critical to this role and used daily.
  • Above average computer skills and extensive experience with MS Applications – Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Adobe Writer a plus.
